Kehakuma and elrow confirm their successful proposal for Saturdays in Space Ibiza.

09/06/2014

And the big night arrived. The great blend between Kehakuma and elrow finally came true at Space Ibiza. The opening of the most awaited party of the season was, as expected, a real success.

The best club in the world was the perfect setting for two of the most prestigious brands in the electronic industry, and they did live up to the expectations. Kehakuma, leaded by an underground sound and its minimalist aesthetic that characterizes it, was showing its attitude in the Terrace. Furthermore, elrow hit the audience with its inimitable show, set this time in an airport, and with its powerful sessions by the regular DJ’s that used to play at the legendary club of Viladecans.

June 7th night began in the Sunset Terrace with the special set of Italian DJ Markantonio B2B Marc Maya. This coolest mix of Techno and Tech-House was part of the flawless warming up that took place in the Sunset Terrace. When midnight came, it was time to open the Main Room with De La Swing B2B Tony Varga. The distinctive beats of elrow controlled the main area of Space Ibiza while in La TerrazaKehakuma was firming up the details for its audience to start enjoying with Jus Ed groove at 1:00AM.

Mr. G showed that two decades of experience behind some instruments are more than enough to surprise the clubbers with a LIVE set in La Terraza. Meanwhile, Oscar Aguilera was offering perfect mixes in the Main Room: Techno-House spiced with hints of wildness made-in elrow.

Barcelona’s renowned party was a highlight with over 6 hours of craziness and a sublime production, the Main Room became a true arena with thousands of people dancing and jumping between pounds of confetti. All these surprises were possible thanks to the great team of elrow, more than 60 professionals who changed the club into an airport terminal: suitcase-men, controllers, pilots, flight attendants, Super Mario & Luigi, burkas, sharks, floats raining … and much, much confetti.

They were at elrow and she was at Kehakuma. Russian DJ Nina Kraviz and German duo Digitalism had the same schedule but they were in different areas. The Techno Queen knew what she was doing, her unique musical style and sinuous movements behind the decks, made the audience began a cosmic journey that did not stop until Space Ibiza doors were closed. Digitalism revolutionized the room with their energy tunes while elrow’s madness gripped a festive atmosphere in crescendo.

Opening climax came with Markantonio in the Main Room and the spectacular closing sessions were played by Javi Bora (Kehakuma) and Marc Maya (elrow).

An outstanding start for a combined party featuring the season 2014. See you next Saturday!
