Kehakuma and elrow continue shaking up the nights of ibiza.

07/07/2014

The party duo Kehakuma – elrow continues to give us something to talk about on the white isle. And it was another Saturday made with binding force. With an all-time award-winning club available, the underground of the Terrace served as the ideal counterpoint to the psychedelic production elrow prepared.

Kehakuma used the Terrace to further promote their concepts, based on a cutting edge and innovative select program.

Elected to continue spreading the message were: Fred P,Octave One (Live)Patrice Scott and Space Dimension Controller.

The English producer and DJ Space Dimension Controllerstarted his session with a set plagued with serious groove, a perfect start to warmup the body and enjoy the Terrace.“Correlation #2” was heard with force in a dance floor with new futuristic funk.

Following was Fred P that is no newcomer, with almost 20 years in his musical career, this DJ has cultivated thousands of people to his Deep House style. Considered by many as one of the largest exponents of electronica with soul, Fred Ptaught the clubbers of Kehakuma what authentic Deep is all about.

The Burden brothers, Lawrence and Lenny make Octave One. It’s been a long time since “Blackwater” was heard in dance floors around the world, between myth and legend, this group demonstrated the steady conversion in Techno thanks to a live set that was enjoyed at Space Ibiza. For theKehakuma occasion, they prepared a special set that approached, if anything, more to the audience. The party didn’t go without their latest hits, “Jazzo” and “New Life”.

Patrice Scott reached the Terrace to show his music ability. Following greats like Derrick MayKevin SaundersonKen CollierAl EsterRon Hardy andFrankie Knuckles, the Detroit native gave the public an old school session.

The simplicity and the seriousness of the Terrace contrasted with what the Main Room was experiencing. As if we were in Woodstock, the colors, the fractals, the smoke and the hippies ran freely through the famous dance floor at Space Ibiza.

George PrivattiMarc MayaMario BianiTiga wereelrow’s bet for the night.

George Privatti formed part of the number of DJs confirmed for elrow, born in a small Catalan village, showed the audience a good time with his fresh and danceable Techno.

Tiga came, saw and conquered, this could be the most Tweeted post of the night. The Canadian landed in the Main Room with its arsenal of hits under his arm, remixes such as “Washing Up”, “Comfortably Numb” and “Madame Hollywood” by Felix da Housecat were heard on a night that gave so much.  Amid the psychedelic festival that had mounted elrowTiga was the icing on the cake. Attendees amassed in the center dance floor of the Platja d’en Bossa club to recreate a session where no one stopped jumping and dancing.

Mario Biani made us feel his influences at Space IbizaBen SimsJeff Mills, Richie HawtinCarl Cox and Laurent Garnier among others were reflected in a multidisciplinary set.

The Catalan Marc Maya reappeared for the third time this season at elrow Ibiza. His versatility pleasantly surprised us because he was able to switch from an easeful Techno-House to an imperceptibly harder and forceful Techno.

The season continues; and both elrow and Kehakuma still give us huge nights in Space Ibiza.
